We encourage all fitness levels to try our classes.

Our Instructors are always more than happy to give modifications to the more difficult exercises.  One thing we have noticed over the years is how intimidating these classes can be for new members.  It is normal for you to feel that way and you are not alone.  MANY people feel this way, but in reality, please know that NO ONE is judging you.  Yet, they are focused more on completing their exercise to the best of their ability.

Our group classes are extremely motivating for EVERYONE.  They are uplifting, for the simple fact that power in numbers strengthens your confidence and keeps you going through the more difficult moves.  Many times, you are doing exercises that you would not do on your own time spent at the gym.  Don’t let intimidation be your reason not to try a class.

Again, we encourage you to try all of our classes and participate to the best of your ability.  Take breaks when needed and listen to your body.  Eventually you will make it through the entire class without missing a beat.

Conquer this fear and you will be extremely proud of the results.

Bicycle Boot Camp

The title gives a good hint about what this class is about. A boot camp style class with intervals of cycling on the bikes to keep your body in a fat burning mode. Typical spin classes are purely cardio with no muscle-building exercises and Bicycle boot camp incorporates loud fun music, cardio, and muscle-building all-in-one.

Body Bar

With three sizes of weighted bars to choose from, our new bars are a great way to evenly distribute weight when you are lifting. This class is great for those with past injuries because it focuses on your core and is lighter on your joints. Space is limited so please grab your spot early.

Body Blast

Exercising early in the morning “jump starts” your metabolism, keeping it elevated for hours. Sometimes for up to 24 hours! As a result, you’ll be burning more calories all day long–just because you exercised in the morning. This class is designed to burn fat with interval training combining strength, cardio, and abs to blast calories!

Boot Camp

While most would assume our boot camp would be more along the lines of of a military style workout, each one of our instructor’s style for this class is unique. But all share one similar goal of getting the best total body workout possible. Do not be intimidated by the name of the class. None of our instructors will be singling you out, or yelling at you, as we often see on television. Be ready to sweat as they push your core to the limits and take your workout to the next level!

The biggest benefit to training using ball exercises is that they are very effective at targeting core muscles, those muscles that are essential for stability and good posture but are often overlooked when exercising with fixed position equipment. This class is a full body workout with 10 minutes of upper body exercises, 10 minutes of lower body exercises, and 25 minutes of core exercises. Those wanting an abdominal challenge, give this class a try!

The class is as challenging as you make it and everyone’s abilities can and will differ from one another. Be sure and bring a towel and water because you will most definitely be glistening with sweat at the end of this class. The bikes are equipped with toe clips for those who are avid bikers. For beginners, Wal-Mart carries padded seats that will help keep soreness at a minimum.

Yoga Flow

Increase your strength, balance and flexibility as you move from one pose to another in a smooth flow almost as if you are in a dance; focusing on proper alignment and gradual improvement. Vinyasa is known for its diversity. There is no rulebook to follow and varies among instructors. Great for those who are looking for a change from the pushup, sit-up, and anything else that can become mundane over time. Safe for all levels.
