5:15 – 6:00 AM : Interval Mix

Interval Mix | If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class because it can change at any time! It will be a combination of strength, cardio and core, for a full body workout! Instructor | Lori

9:00 – 9:50 AM : Yoga

Yoga | As opposed to Yoga Flow, this class is a more relaxing and at a slower pace. While it is slower paced, it is still challenging and helps to build your core muscles.  Yoga is great for men and women. This class welcomes all levels from beginners to experts.  It is done with the lights turned off to help with relaxation and focusing on your own body.  We provide mats, but if you prefer to bring your own, please feel free to do so. 10:30 - 11:30 AM : SilverSneakers Circuit

SilverSneakers Circuit | The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball.  A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.

Yoga Flow | Increase your strength, balance and flexibility as you move from one pose to another in a smooth flow almost as if you are in a dance; focusing on proper alignment and gradual improvement. Vinyasa is known for its diversity. There is no rulebook to follow and varies among instructors. Great for those who are looking for a change from the pushup, sit-up, and anything else that can become mundane over time. Safe for all levels. Instructor | Mandy

6:00 – 6:50 PM : Body Bar

Body Bar | With three sizes of weighted bars to choose from, our new bars are a great way to evenly distribute weight when you are lifting. This class is great for those with past injuries because it focuses on your core and is lighter on your joints. Disco Spin
| A vigorous workout in which our instructors will push your legs as hard as you can push them.  Focus on interval training and resistance to burn the maximum amount of calories possible. The class is as challenging as you make it and everyone’s abilities differ. Be sure to bring a towel and water because you will most definitely be glistening with sweat at the end of this class.  The bikes are equipped with toe clips for those who are avid bikers. For beginners, Wal-Mart carries padded seats that will help keep soreness at a minimum. Also enjoy fun music while pedaling under the disco lights. Instructor | Michele E. | Childcare | Available

TUESDAY

Class will be a mix of getting off the bike free weight exercises and getting back on the bike. The class is as challenging as you make it and everyone’s abilities differ. H.E.A.T | Combines choreography of the top 40 hits with light weights, and resistance bands and body weight to ramp up heart rate. This combination will torch calories and strengthen your entire body. Open to all fitness levels. Instructor | Stacy Page |Childcare | Available

10:30 - 11:30 AM | SilverSneakers Classic

SilverSneakers Classic | Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

Boot Camp | While most would assume a boot camp class is a military style workout, each one of our instructor’s style for this class is unique. But, all share one similar goal of achieving the best total body workout possible. Do not be intimidated by the name of the class. None of our instructors will be singling you out, or yelling at you. Strength Yoga | A more intense yoga class that will take your Yoga to the next level. Wondering if you are ready for some advanced poses? If you have a good grip on basic arm balances, inversions, and backbends, you are probably ready to try some of the more advanced poses. SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch | Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness levels.
