Our personal trainer and nutrition specialist, Kimberly Hill, will be leading an hour-long class on the basics of leading a clean eating lifestyle. We’ve all heard that diet is over half the battle when losing weight, well it’s one hundred percent true.

Join us next week at 11 am in the spin room. 

For those who have tracked their diets for at least 3 days, please print off your report at and bring to class with you on Saturday.  Kim will analyze it and will answer any questions you might have, but she will need a few days to respond if we have a large number of participants.
