CONGRATULATIONS to Katelyn Jackson!!

Katelyn has been a member since January of last year. She has been on a 2 year weight loss journey and has gone from 250 lbs to 163 lbs .  Katelyn has worked her butt off over the last year at both the fitness center and CrossFit and she puts in 110% in every workout. Katelyn was nominated by Jamie and Melissa Ward. We asked Katelyn some questions about her and her journey and here’s what she had to say:

What keeps you motivated to stay healthy?

My children. I was tired of being tired and unhealthy. I never want to go back to feeling that way so that keeps me motivated.

Why do you train at Biff’s?

I had a friend encourage me to try Biff’s. I like how it’s smaller so it feels like a close knit community.

What does your favorite workout consist of?

I like a mixture of cardio and weights.

What is your biggest unhealthy weakness?

Chips and queso!

What do you enjoy most when you are not at Biff’s working out?

Mom’s have hobbies?!?

What is your favorite quote?

Results happen over time, not over night. Work hard, stay consistent, and be patient.
