Congrats to Nichole Lewis on being one of our February Fitness Center Spotlight Members! Nichole has lost over 65 lbs within the last year! She always has a smile on her face when she comes in to workout and she has put in a lot of hard work. Nichole was nominated by Michelle M and Jamie. We asked Nicbole some questions about her journey and here is what she had to say:
What keeps you motivated to stay healthy?
In the beginning, changing my appearance was motivation, now I have many goals that gives me that extra push during my workouts.
Why do you train at Biff’s?
I started coming to Biff’s for the yoga and kickboxing classes that my dear friend Michelle teaches. Every staff member I have met is amazing and so helpful! I love finding new equipment in the gym to try out.
What does your favorite workout consist of?
A few months ago I started incorporating weights into my workouts and I absolutely love it! My favorite muscle group to train is definitely my back.
What is your biggest unhealthy weakness?
Anything sweet. It took a long time to have a healthy relationship with food. Eating whole-food, plant based diet is the reason I can stay on track so easily.
What do you enjoy most when you are not at Biff’s working out?
My husband is a musician so I like to go support him and other local bands. I really enjoy audio books too!
