Paige has been a member since February last year. Since then, she has put on over 10 pounds of healthy weight which includes muscle.  When she comes to the fitness center she always pushes herself to the max during her workouts. We are so proud of her hard work and dedication over the last year and wanted to make her one of our January Spotlight Members! Paige was nominated by Brittany Beagles and Kyle Ward. We asked Paige some questions about her and her journey and here’s what she had to say:

What keeps you motivated to stay healthy?

My kids and my goals.

Why do you train at Biff’s?

Biff’s has been more than a gym, it’s like our second home. It’s a place my whole family enjoys going to. The staff and members have become so special to me and my family.

What does your favorite workout consist of?

Super-sets and anything that leaves me sore.

What is your biggest unhealthy weakness?

BRAUMS! Fries and milkshakes.

What do you enjoy most when you are not at Biff’s working out?

Spending time with my family.
